NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC, through this document presents its Personal data protection policies
1. Legislation In accordance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, personal data is understood to be all information about a natural person that identifies or makes him/her identifiable through means that can be reasonably used. On the other hand, personal data processing is understood as any technical operation or procedure, automated or not, that allows the collection, registration, organization, storage, conservation, preparation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, blocking, deletion, communication by transfer or by diffusion or any other form of processing that facilitates the access, correlation or interconnection of personal data. NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC develops its Policy for the treatment of personal data in accordance with the guiding principles established in the Law mentioned below:

We are committed to respect your privacy and protect the confidentiality of your private information and personal data. For this reason, through this Privacy Policy, we disclose the way in which the personal data provided to NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC is collected, processed and protected. Private personal information does not include information that is available through publicly accessible sources. Such means of electronic, optical and other technology communication designed to provide information to the public and open to general consultation, telephone directories, newspapers and magazines, social communication media, professional lists, repertoires of anonymized jurisprudence, the Public Registries administered by the National Superintendency of Public Registries as well as any other registry or data bank qualified as public according to law.
3. NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC ensures the maximum reserve and protection of those personal data that suppliers, clients, collaborators or potential clients (hereinafter, «users»), in order to make use of our services, provide us through our website, social networks and other means, documents or forms.
4. Information about personal data. The user is informed and freely and voluntarily authorizes NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC to collect, store, preserve, access, use, delete or update their Personal Data for their activities in Peru and abroad. In this sense, the personal data to which our company has access as a result of the services and / or products it provides, will be incorporated into the corresponding «Personal Data Bank», forming the organized set of personal data, created by us. The personal data provided by users will be treated with complete confidentiality and may only be known and handled by the personnel of NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC who need to know said information to provide the services offered. The user expressly authorizes NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC to use their data for the offer of products or services, as well as for the development of commercial, marketing, advertising, promotional, administrative actions and to support users, whether of a general nature or adapted to their personal characteristics. Said actions may be carried out by email or other equivalent means of communication. Personal data will be canceled when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
6. Transfer of personal data at a national or international level. The user authorizes the transfer of their data to companies at a national or international level (cross-border flow) related and / or associated with NOMAD TRAVEL PERU SAC in order to properly manage the products and / or services requested by the users and the procedures that are derived later, in relation to the purpose indicated in the previous sections, extending to them the express authorization for its use.
