Guidelines for Booking & Traveling with Us

1. General Conditions

By booking a tour with Nomad Travel Peru, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update policies as needed.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations require a deposit to confirm.
  • Full payment is due before the tour begins.
  • Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers have personal insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and cancellations.

5. Responsibilities

  • Travelers must have valid passports and required visas.
  • Nomad Travel Peru is not responsible for lost items or personal injury.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
